Data controller. fresso ("we", "the site") is the controller of the personal data described below. For any request regarding your data, contact fressobts@gmail.com.
What we collect. When you register or use account features we collect: your email address, a display name / nickname, an optional avatar image, an optional bio and social media links, and the content you choose to submit (comments, reactions, uploaded demo tracks, purchase records, and inbox inquiries). We do not ask for your real name, date of birth, or any special categories of data, and we never ask for payment card details directly.
Legal basis. We process your personal data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you check the consent box at registration, and — for completed purchases — on the basis of performing the contract of sale with you (Art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). You may withdraw consent at any time as described below.
Where it lives. By default this site stores your data locally in your own browser (LocalStorage / IndexedDB) — it is not transmitted to a server unless the site owner has connected a live backend (Supabase) for authentication and storage, in which case your data is processed on that provider's infrastructure under the same purposes described here.
Cross-border transfer. Where a live backend is connected, your data may be stored and processed on servers located outside the Russian Federation (the backend provider's infrastructure). By using an account on this site with a live backend connected, you consent to this cross-border transfer, carried out solely for the purposes described in this policy.
Purpose of processing. We process your personal data strictly to: create and manage your account; let you license and purchase beats; display your comments, reactions, and uploaded demos with attribution; run the discount wheel and promo codes; respond to inquiries you submit; and — only if you explicitly opt in — notify you about your account.
Payments. Purchases on this site are processed through a licensed third-party payment provider (YooKassa). We never see or store your card number, CVC, or other full payment credentials — those are entered directly on the payment provider's own secure page and are handled solely under that provider's privacy policy.
Age. This site and its payment features are intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Retention. Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. You may delete your uploaded content at any time from your Profile, and may request full account deletion by contacting us.
Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data, to withdraw your consent at any time (which will result in account deletion), and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact fressobts@gmail.com.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with third-party services you explicitly interact with (Google Drive for file delivery, YooKassa for payment) strictly to complete the action you requested.
Cookies & local storage. This site uses your browser's LocalStorage and IndexedDB to keep you signed in and to remember your cart, reactions, and preferences. These are essential to the site's functioning; no third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Changes to this policy. If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
